Description

Pomegranate has been considered as the best healing food. It has been consumed in our Indian households for improving hemoglobin levels and for purifying skin. This fruit is full of small red juicy seeds which can be eaten as raw or can be garnished over various desserts. You can also prepare juice or fruit smoothies with it.

Storage – Shelf Life

Store these fruits in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place and they can last upto 10 days. You can store them in a refrigerator for slightly longer duration (14 – 16 days). Alternatively, you can also store seeds or juice for 3 – 4 days in refrigerator.
