Description

It stands among the most widely used herbs for culinary purposes with aesthetically pleasing leaves that appear round in shape and grow in clusters. The young leaves appear green, which gradually fades to gray as the plant ages. Thyme brings a perfect blend of woodsy, savory, and mint flavors both under fresh and dried conditions.

Storage – Shelf Life

Wrap the leaves in a paper towel, and then place it in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
Uses-Thyme can be used fresh or dried, and works well in soups, roasted vegetables, pasta, sauces, pizzas
