When a refund/credit or Exchange will be considered?
- The product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
- The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
- The product has expired by the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should courier it to following address –

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered to you within 5-7 days.
In case of any delivery related discrepancy, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order been marked as delivered.

Cancellation
- An order cancellation request will be accepted only if we have not yet shipped the product.
- We are unable to cancel orders that are already purchased and/or are out for delivery.
- If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
- FROOTS reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
