We only harvest as we receive orders so that we can deliver the produce to your place the same day it is picked from the farms. The Team
Shefalika Sharma is an agriculturist at heart with 17+ years of rich experience in the agriculture, business strategy, planning and corporate finance domain.
She is an agriculture graduate from one of India’s best agriculture universities, the GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. This gives her not only in-depth knowledge of the subject, but also strong network access across the Agri-ecosystem in India and abroad.
She has completed several national and international certificate courses in modern farming techniques including hydroponics, aquaponics, plant biology, protected cultivation and sustainable crop production.
She has herself grown and managed various field crops and vegetable crops in different types of set-ups using both soil and soil-less techniques. Her deep understanding of consumer requirements stems from serving fresh veggies, salad greens & herbs to 500+ happy customers.
She has shared her knowledge with more than 200 people through various courses in collaboration with CII, Aries Agro & AIC-RMP. She is also an angel investor and strategy consultant. She has mentored 16+ start-ups on business, pricing & GTM strategies across multiple industries and helped them build successful & cost-effective profitable models.
Praneet has an extensive 17+ years of experience in sales and distribution in banking and insurance sectors. He has thrived in large established organisations as well as excelled in start-up chaos.
Praneet is an avid believer in technology driven solutions. He has worked extensively in digital space, for the past few years, reaching out to a large audience and deepening engagement with existing customers.
He has successfully steered many large teams, building viable, scalable and sustainable business models. He connects well with people and works out creative and amicable solutions while striving towards operational excellence.
He loves building something from nothing and is a strong believer that “Life is all about learning, unlearning & relearning”.
Arti Saxena has spent the past 17+ years in Sales, Business Development and Marketing in IT and Banking sectors. She’s helped with business unit set-up, Strategy planning, and building scalable service portfolios.
Arti has been in Consultative sales for various industries in digital & mobile technology, implementation of new IT solutions, Migration to new platforms. She has extensive experience in product development; launch and scaling to build profitability. Most recently she was VP & Regional head for the International Financial institutions business for Asia-pacific and Middle Eastern markets for a large bank in India.
